  • *** Please read these terms and conditions carefully before confirming your reservation ***

    • No cancellations or rescheduling is permitted, no exceptions.

    • Your reservation starts at the time you book it for, not at the time you arrive.

    • If you are over 30 minutes late, your room and deposit will be forfeited.

    • A security/damage deposit is required for every room. The pre-authorization is NOT a charge and will be released within 2 - 7 business days depending on your bank or financial institution.

    • No outside food and/or drinks are allowed. If any outside food and/or drinks are found, your entire security/damage deposit will be forfeited, and your party may be removed from our premises.

    • All karaoke rooms are subject to 18% service charge.

    • A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 per hour will be charged to confirm your reservation (this is NOT the room fee). The deposit will be DEDUCTED from your bill at Privé Kitchen + Bar; you will still see the deposit charge on your bank statements. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RECEIPT AT THE END OF THE NIGHT!

  • You will be charged ($ Deposit) when you book.

    A NON-REFUNDABLE $50 Deposit is automatically charged per hour booked. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice upon your arrival.

    For example: If you book for 2 hours, you will be charged for $100 for deposit. ($50 x 2 hrs)

    • Sunday -Thursday. We are open from 6 pm - 12:30 am. The last call at the bar will be by 12 am

    • Friday-Saturday. We are open from 5 pm to 1:30 am. The last call at the bar will be by 1 am

    PATIO HOURS

    • Monday-Thursday from 6 pm-11 pm. The last call is at 10:30 pm.

    • Friday-Sunday from 5 pm-11 pm. The last call is at 10:30 pm.

    Dining reservations for the group of 10 people below can be made online. For a group of more than 10 people please email info@privevancouver.com.

  • The rates differ depending on the time of day and the size of the room. You can find more details here: https://privevancouver.com/book-a-room.

  • No cancellations or rescheduling is permitted, with no exceptions. However, we will gladly hold the room for you if you decide to come that day as it is already reserved for you.

The deposit will be DEDUCTED from your bill at Privé Kitchen + Bar; you will still see the deposit charged on your bank statements. Please keep your receipt at the end of the night.

  • We take this credit card pre-auth for all karaoke bookings for possible damages that may occur.

    For example, if outside food/drink are found or damages made to the space or equipment during a client's visit, the pre-auth is taken and charged to the credit card to cover/pay for those damages.

  • Credit Card Pre-Authorization is NOT an actual charge; it is only a HOLD placed on your credit card and is canceled the day you finish your karaoke. You will see it on your statement; it should disappear since it was not charged.

  • A security/damage deposit is required for every room. The deposit is to hold the room when you book and is returned to you at the end of the night (if you cancel or do not show up, your initial deposit will not be returned). The pre-authorization is different and is NOT a charge; it will be released within 2 - 7 business days, depending on your bank or financial institution.

  • No, it doesn’t need to be the same card. The card used for the damage deposit when on-site, does not have to be the same as the one used to book the reservation.

  • The standard booking for rooms is 1 hour. However, you can book as many hours as desired online. For anything more than 5 hours, you can contact us at info@privevancouver.com to inquire, which is subject to availability.

  • Yes, you can have access to games and bars on a first come first serve basis.

  • Only karaoke is included in the karaoke room. Food and drinks can be ordered to come to your room to enjoy. All services are subject to taxes and 18% gratuity.

  • You are not expected or required to order anything for your room. You only pay for what you order. Please be advised all services are subject to taxes and 18% gratuities.

  • The $150 is a cancellation deposit to hold the room when you book online and is returned to you at the end of the night (if you cancel or do not show up, your initial deposit will not be returned).

    The charge will stay on the credit card you booked it with because the $150 will then be deducted from your bill at the end of the night ($50 per hour booked). You will need to pay for the room for the time that you booked.

  • You will need to pay for the room for the time that you booked. Rates for rooms are on the website when you book.

    Food and drink are not included in the room rates. If food or drink is ordered, it will be added to your bill. All karaoke rooms are subject to taxes and an automatic 18% service charge to your final bill.

  • If you booked a room for 3 hours you will pay the initial $50/hr deposit which comes to $150, and if the rate is $200/hr, the room charge comes to $600 before tax and automatic 18% gratuities.

    If you order food or drinks, they will be extra on top of your karaoke room costs.

    All services are subject to tax and 18% gratuities, this will be added to your final bill. The $150 deposit will be taken off of the final bill.

    Example: If you book Room 2 on Friday between 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm. The rate is $100 per hour, and it will cost you $200 ($100 x 2 hours).

  • Yes, you can go online and book the time after that first hour for the same room as you still need to pay for the deposit for the additional hours.

    Extending room time is subject to availability.

  • You will be charged for the hours that you book the room for, along with any food or drink you order + taxes, and 18% gratuities will be automatically added to the bill as well.

    Your deposit amount will be deducted from the final bill as is also stated on our website.

  • Yes. The standard for karaoke is 1 hour.

  • Yes. If desired, all food and drinks can be ordered and sent to your karaoke room.

    Please be advised all services are subject to taxes and 18% gratuities.

  • Extending your hours is subject to availability. Rooms can be extended in 15-minute increments.

    If there's a reservation after you then you may not be able to extend your time.

  • You will not be able to know upon booking, you will only be charged the deposit upon booking (which will be deducted from your bill at the end of your stay).

    Your total will be calculated at the end of your stay and will include the number of hours in the karaoke room, any food or drinks ordered taxes, and 18% gratuities.

  • All our karaoke rooms are private; you may book directly online at https://privevancouver.com/book-a-room.

  • Our rooms range to fit 10-25 people. We do have rooms that can accommodate up to 25 people. You can find more info on room sizes availability and booking on our website or here https://privevancouver.com/book-a-room.

    Please be mindful that only the number of people as stated on the website is allowed in each room at one time.

  • Only 25 people are allowed in that room. That's the maximum due to room size and government fire safety guidelines.

    Unfortunately, you cannot have more than the limit in your room; if you booked a room for 25 people, only 25 people or less could be in that room. Otherwise, you may lose your damage deposit of $1000 (pre-authorization that will be charged to your card on-site as hold in case of damages or walkouts, you can check online for more info if needed).

    Your other option is to book an additional room or have people flow in and out as we have a full bar, lots of games, and other entertainment in the common dining room area.

  • We are unable to take reservations later than our operating hours.

    Our operating hours for weekdays, Sun-Thu is from 8 pm-12:30 am and the last call at the bar will be 12am and for weekends Fri and Sat is from 6 pm to 130am and the last call at the bar will be by 1 am.

  • All food and drinks can be ordered to the room or the bar and sent right to your private karaoke room if desired.

  • Changing karaoke room to a different or larger room is subject to availability.

  • Each room has a different sign and layout. You can find more information on our website including room rate, sizes, booking, and availability. Alternatively, you can go on-site to check out the space/rooms during opening hours to see which room best suits your needs.

  • The champagne promotion is no longer available, unfortunately, we have no birthday specials at the moment.

    We do however have an extensive menu for drinks and bottles.

  • Our system is continuously being updated with new songs. We also have thousands of songs available of all varieties, genres, and languages in our catalog and are unable to list them all.

  • Our venue has a capacity of 501 people.

  • No, reservations are not required, although we encourage reservations for dining due to our limited seating in our dining room and patio space. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

  • Yes. Provided there is no guarantee that we can accommodate you. We strongly encourage you to book your reservations online at https://privevancouver.com/book-a-room or email info@privevancouver.com for large reservations.

  • Yes, for a group of 10 people and above please email info@privevancouver.com.

    For groups of 20 or more, a cancellation deposit will be required to secure your reservation. Please email for more information and booking.

  • A deposit can be sent via E-transfer to info@privevancouver.com to secure your booking. For online Karaoke deposits, we accept card payments. (Visa, MasterCard, and Debit )

  • The deposit will be kept and returned to you a few days after the event pending there is no damages, no cancellations, all bills are settled, and the minimum spend is met.

  • Yes, for large events, you may use your security/cancellation deposit towards the final bill.

  • No, there will not be a cover charge, but guests that are unaccounted for in your original reservation may not be guaranteed a seat. It will be up to availability at the time.

  • We will need a firm number of guests to make the reservation. We need to know how many people to expect so we can coordinate our other bookings as well.

    If you could provide the earliest possible as our reservation is a first-come first-served basis. The guest list of names is not required.

  • Your original guest count and deposit are what we will be going by.

    If you put a deposit for 20 people and only 10 show up, you will still need to meet the minimum spend for 20 people as that is the number you committed to and that is the number of seats that we have reserved for you.

  • All food and drinks spent by your party will go towards your minimum spend. Games are not included in the minimum spend.

  • Yes, your guests can order themselves at the bar or start a tab with their own names.

  • Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited. If any outside food and drinks are found, your pre-authorized deposit will be forfeited and your party may be removed from our premises.

  • Yes, you can bring a cake and we can store it for you if space permits. There is a cake fee of $1/ per person.

  • Yes, we do have food service. You can view our food menu on the website. https://privevancouver.com/menu.

  • We have very limited options on the menu that are vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free.

    Some of the items on our menu are vegetarian-friendly. Food menu options are available on our website to view at https://privevancouver.com/menu.

  • We have no specials or birthday promotions at the moment. The only promotion we have for now is All you can sing, and happy hour specials, you can find more info on the website.

  • Decorations that are taped to the wall or furniture are not allowed at this time. Balloons attached to weights are allowed.

  • Our dining reservations normally have a 2-hour sitting. If you wish to extend beyond your schedule is subject to availability.

    Reservations are only for 2hr seatings. You are welcome to stay longer if there are no reservations after yours.

    If you want unlimited seating, you may want to consider a private dining room buyout that would be $5,000 minimum spend for weekdays and $10,000 for weekends.

  • Our dining room/ lounge area has a full bar, and entertainment such as foosball, ping pong table, beer pong, arcade games, basketball, darts and giant jenga that all patrons are welcome to use on a first come first serve basis.

  • Some games require loonies such as the basketball machines, darts, and arcade games (you can ask the staff to make changes if you need). Other games such as beer pong, ping pong, and giant Jenga are free. All games can be used on a first come first serve basis.

  • All of the games in our lounge are open and available for all patrons to use on a first come first serve basis and are routinely cleaned daily.

  • In regards to Covid, we follow Provincial Health Guidelines continuously as it changes. As of now, we have no group limit on indoor/outdoor dining as per Provincial guidelines for restaurants. According to our Liquor License, we are able to accommodate 501 people for our venue.

    Masks are optional and are provided at the door for those that need it and hand sanitizer bottles are easily accessible and free for use throughout the venue (at tables, at the bar, in washrooms, in all private rooms).

    Staff is continuously cleaning and sanitizing as needed with government-approved cleaning solutions. We also have cleaners that come in every day to clean and sanitize the venue before we open every day.

  • According to our liquor license, Family Food Service terms and conditions permit minors accompanied by a parent or guardian in all service areas until 10 PM. Any underage guests would only be legally allowed to stay until 10 pm.

  • We will always send you an automated confirmation when your booking is confirmed. If you haven't received a confirmation, please send us an email at info@privevancouver.com

  • Yes, we are open on holidays. You can also call in during opening hours to check.

  • All applicable information is on our website and is fully transparent. There are no hidden fees, taxes and 18% gratuity is automatically added to every bill and that is also stated on the website.

  • Our patio is open seasonally and is weather dependent. Our patio is not heated. Indoor seating is open year-round. Our patio closes at 11pm daily and last call is at 10:30pm.

  • Yes, we do have insurance and an active business license with the city of Vancouver.

  • For your lost items please call Prive during operating hours to inquire about your missing items. You can also go there during operating hours to inquire or pick up any lost items if we have them there.

  • There is underground and street pay parking as well as 2 hour free parking in the area.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to release any video footage due to security reasons.
