*** Please read these terms and conditions carefully before confirming your reservation ***

- No cancellations or rescheduling is permitted, no exceptions.

- Your reservation starts at the time you book it for, not at the time you arrive.

- If you are over 30 minutes late, your room and deposit will be forfeited.

- A security/damage deposit is required for every room. The pre-authorization is NOT a charge and will be released within 2 - 7 business days depending on your bank or financial institution.

- No outside food and/or drinks are allowed. If any outside food and/or drinks are found, your entire security/damage deposit will be forfeited, and your party may be removed from our premises.

- All karaoke rooms are subject to 18% service charge.

- A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 per hour will be charged to confirm your reservation (this is NOT the room fee). The deposit will be DEDUCTED from your bill at Privé Kitchen + Bar; you will still see the deposit charge on your bank statements. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RECEIPT AT THE END OF THE NIGHT!
